Who this notice is for
This notice explains how Urban Shores Plumbing & Gas intends to handle information connected with this website. Questions can be directed to office@urbanshores.au or 0474 205 160.
Information a live enquiry may collect
When the planned enquiry system is enabled, it may collect a name, mobile number, optional email address, requested service, required timing, job suburb or location and a job description.
Photo uploads are not currently enabled on this website. If uploads are introduced, this notice will explain how files are handled, who can access them and how they are stored and deleted.
How information may be used
- To respond to an enquiry and discuss the requested work.
- To contact the person about timing, location and job details.
- To operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and enquiry delivery.
- To understand which pages or campaigns create enquiries, if measurement tools are later enabled.
Form storage and transactional email
Provider-dependent: the final Gravity Forms storage, spam protection, notification and authenticated email-delivery configuration is not yet live. Before activation, the final notice should state where submissions are stored, who receives notifications and how delivery failures are handled.
The planned business recipient is office@urbanshores.au. A customer acknowledgement must not promise an appointment or arrival time.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site may use technical cookies or identifiers needed for WordPress, security or reliable operation. Any analytics or advertising cookies will depend on the final providers, configuration and applicable consent requirements.
Analytics and advertising measurement are not currently active on this website. This notice will be updated with provider and account details before any measurement tools are enabled.
Call measurement and experiments
If call measurement is enabled, the final notice should explain the provider, identifiers used and what call information is recorded. If page experiments are enabled, it should also explain how a visitor is assigned to a variant and how that assignment is stored.
Personally identifying form values should not be sent to analytics or advertising tools.
Sharing and service providers
Information may need to be handled by service providers that support website hosting, form storage, spam protection, transactional email, analytics, advertising or call measurement. The final policy must name or accurately describe the providers actually used.
Provider-dependent: any overseas or cross-border processing must be reviewed against the selected providers and their current data locations before launch.
Retention, security and deletion
Exact retention periods and deletion workflows have not been approved for the final systems. They must be documented before live form data is collected.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied to the systems in use, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and questions
To ask what information is held, request a correction or raise a privacy question, contact office@urbanshores.au or call 0474 205 160. The final response process should be checked as part of legal review.
Review before launch
This notice is kept under review as the website, its providers and its data handling change, in line with Australian privacy obligations.
